Taboo: Stories That Can’t Be Told
Taboo: Stories That Can’t Be Told is a raw anthology where women share forbidden stories of trauma, identity, and survival with courage and honesty.
Rachel is a teacher and mentor who uses a three-part process called the ‘Manifest Abundance Method’ to help women adopt healthier beliefs and become fulfilled in their relationships.
Drawing on insights from her 20+ years in a painful and confusing marriage, Rachel helps women identify the unconscious beliefs that keep them stuck in unhappy relationships. She uses her teaching skills to map out a plan to replace these unhealthy beliefs with healthier beliefs.
Rachel is passionate about empowering women with the insights, knowledge, and skills to take charge of their ongoing transformational journey confidently. Before figuring out this process, Rachel struggled with disempowering relationships, depression, low self-confidence, and a long list of health problems.
Rachel now lives a life of ever-increasing vitality, fun, freedom, adventure, and healthful relationships.
