Bethany Bagby is a wife, mom, veteran, author, and the Founder of The Family Unity Project where she is empowering families to build lifelong connections by creating consistent and intentional time together so that each member of the family feels seen, heard, and valued.

One of Bethany’s core beliefs is that every family can be a ripple for change. Building a strong foundation of love, acceptance, and belonging at home not only anchors our children and supports them in exploring their own identity, but ripples into our communities as we offer that same grace and understanding to others.
