Josephine S.N Kalagira

Josephine S N Kalagira is an Author of; The Revolutionary Breakthrough book and also, of a Best-Selling Author of Love Thy Body book Project, Setback to Comeback Coach, Speaker and a proud mother to her 8 year old son.

Josephine graduated from the University of Suffolk in 2015 with a degree in Business Management with Human Resources Management. Upon her completion, Josephine worked for the university, an insurance company in Ipswich, and Essex Fire and Rescue Services . However, in April 2017, her dream career was sabotaged after a personal injury she had.

Josephine was unable to return to work since then, she struggled with major PTSD, Anxiety and depression as her mobility was deteriorating and became wheelchair bound as well as, her son becoming a young carer.

Josephine realised that no child should go through such a circumstance especially, if their parent is still alive, and this in it’s self, inspired her to get better regardless of her personal difficulties.

Josephine believes that her experience did not only change her perspective towards how she now perceives the world, but also, the experience has enabled her to identify her genuine PURPOSE to heal the world.

Josephine was inspired to start a free FB community called: Shine Through Your Setbacks to inspire and empower people going through difficult times, by sharing her story, and how she manages herself to shine through through it all and, to let people know that they are not alone.

Josephine has also been featured in both local and international press in support of her mission, that aims at providing who people who have struggled with or still experiencing a physical or emotional setbacks a safe space to feel HEARD, ACCEPTED and SUPPORTED so they are inspired with a renewed sense of HOPE, PURPOSE and DETERMINATION to comeback stronger than ever before.
